Michael Schumacher is being sued by a Spanish motorcyclist for his part in a road accident just weeks before a ski accident left him in a coma.
The former F1 driver, who won the world championship seven times in his career, allegedly knocked the rider off his bike on November 17th 2013.
The victim, who has not been named, is suing for compensation for a broken wrist and property damages including watch, clothing and the motorcycle itself.
Schumacher, the car hire firm that rented the German the Audi A4 he was driving at the time and its insurance company have all been named in the lawsuit, though the 45 year-old would not be expected to attend even if he was not in a medically induced coma.
