If you take any notice of the Premier League, you will be aware that Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho doesn’t hold England’s referees in very high esteem.
Mourinho and star midfielder Nemanja Matic were both sent off as the Blues lost 2-1 at West Ham United on Saturday.
However, Mourinho and Matic were not the only Chelsea men to see red cards this weekend. Mohamed Salah, who is on loan at Roma, was dismissed too, in strange circumstances.

Salah, after scoring a stunning opener in Roma’s 2-1 win over Fiorentina, was given his marching orders for picking up two yellow cards.
His first was for a foul on Facundo Roncaglia. His second instantly followed as he was punished for showing dissent towards the referee.
The extent of Salah’s dissent was very minor, but he did wave his arm towards the ref, who wasted no time in creating extra paperwork for himself.
