10. Letting Romelu Lukaku leave
As good as the team looks this term there is one obvious area where they are lacking and that is up-front, where Demba Ba, Samuel Eto’o and Fernando Torres have been far from impressive.
This is made even worse by the fact that Everton loanee Lukaku is a Chelsea player and has been in great goal-scoring form at Goodison Park, but Mourinho let the striker leave.
