AFL star set to be offered the world by Victorian clubs at the end of this season.
As to if fans of Melbourne clubs can start getting excited about Nat Fyfe joining their team from 2015 onwards, one AFL pundit has a resounded answer – no.
Gerard Healy said no Melbourne club will be able to sign Fyfe, who comes off contract with the Fremantle Dockers at the end of this season.
However, he did offer West Coast Eagles fans a glimmer of hopes by saying he would never leave his home state.
“Nat Fye is untradeable,” he said.
“He will not leave WA. The only club that could get him is the West Coast Eagles and they’d have to box up Nic Nat and Jack Darling.
“He’s going no where and I don’t think it is worth considering. The big question is whether David Mundy will stay.”
However, it seems Fyfe’s heart remains with the Dockers as he says in this interview.
