With the NBA All-Star weekend fast approaching, we took a closer look at five young stars of the NBA who will undoubtedly make the game in years to come.
The league’s biggest names descend on New York on February 13 for the start of the weekend’s activities, and while Damian Lillard’s snub was arguably the biggest talking point, DeMarcus Cousins deservedly took his spot on the West roster following Kobe Bryant’s withdrawal.
Cousins would have undoubtedly been the top name on our list had he not been selected, so on further investigation, here are five players that will receive All-Star recognition in time. Honourable mentions go to Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker, but there are several players ahead of them in the queue for now.
