5] Gordon Hayward – Utah Jazz
Given the market in which he plays, Hayward will never really receive the kind of recognition that he deserves, but the 24-year-old is certainly becoming a cornerstone of the franchise and a genuine star of the league.
The Jazz small forward is averaging 19.4 points per game, along with 4.2 assists and 4.9 rebounds per contest this season, all significant improvements on his career averages.
Hayward is playing more minutes and having bigger impacts on games, and if the Jazz can continue to build around him with a talented young nucleus on the roster, he will only continue to develop his game and establish himself as an All-Star.
