Cleveland Cavaliers star Kevin Love insists that he speaks to teammate LeBron James every day and if there was an issue between the pair he would know about it.

Love was speaking in response to James’ tweet from the weekend when he stated “stop finding a way to FIT-OUT and just FIT-IN”.
James went on a confusing journey earlier this week, initially denying that the tweet was about Love but then later conceding that it was directed at his teammate as it was a reference to a phrase that Love had used during pre-season.
However, although the 26-year-old admits that he was caught off-guard by the comment, he doesn’t believe that there is any issue with him and his Cavs teammate as they speak every day and would have spoken face-to-face if there was a problem.
“Listen, I was caught off guard when I heard it,” Love told reporters after practice.
“I talk to LeBron every day. I know there has to be some sort of an angle. You guys have deadlines to make. There are 24-hour news services, and stuff has to be put out there.”
While LeBron also took to Twitter again to reiterate that he would speak to a teammate’s face if he had a problem, calling a social media dig “corny and wack”, Love insisted that he wasn’t too concerned about the tweet and is just focused on helping his team win and not on what the media reports.
“I don’t know. I truly feel if LeBron had a problem with me or needed to talk to me, for good or for worse, he would have come up and talked to me.”
Given the level of attention that the Cavs are receiving this year, it comes as no surprise that the media are searching for stories concerning any possible fall-outs. With a star line-up including the likes of LeBron, Love and Kyrie Irving, the former Minnesota Timberwolves star described it as “a circus” in Cleveland this year.
