Phoenix Suns star Goran Dragic has revealed that every team will be an option for him as he looks ahead to free agency this summer.
Dragic has the option of opting out of his deal with the Suns to become a free agent after this season, and he is likely to receive serious interest from across the league.
While the bulk of the NBA teams with the available cap space will be looking at the likes of LaMarcus Aldridge, Marc Gasol and Kevin Love, Dragic will be amongst the next group of players that franchises will be looking to bolster their roster with.
Speculation has previously linked Dragic with both the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets, but it appears as though no team is off the table for the Slovenian star.
“Every team in the NBA is an option to me, because it is a privilege to play for any team in the NBA. When the time comes I’m going to sit down with my family and my agent and try to make the best decision for myself,” he told reporters.
Dragic signed a four-year deal with the Suns that gave him the power to opt out after the third season, however it is also possible that he will choose to extend his stay in Phoenix.
Much will depend on how they perform this season and whether or not the three-man guard rotation works along with Eric Bledsoe and Isaiah Thomas.
After initial struggles and uncertainty, they seem to have figured out their issues but if the likes of the Lakers and Knicks come knocking, it remains to be seen if Dragic would want to stay.
