Cleveland Cavaliers star Kevin Love admits that it’s a lot easier for him to deal with his issues this season if the team continues to win with or without him at his best.

Love has continued to struggle with both form and fitness in recent weeks as a sore back has prevented him from having the desired effect on the team.
However, the Cavs have been performing well without him as they have now won 23 of their past 28 games to improve to 42-25 for the season and move up to second in the Eastern Conference standings.
The three-time All Star could have grounds to be downhearted by the situation as he was forced to sit and watch from the bench in the fourth quarter of the thrilling win over the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday, but he insists that the team winning is all that matters.
“Everything is easier when you’re winning,” Love said, as reported by ESPN.
“So you can have some really good games, and then some tough times. The rotation might be different. But as long as you’re winning, it kind of makes up for everything. And that’s the kind of way it’s been here.”
Cavs coach David Blatt insisted that it wasn’t a major concern for him, and that ultimately the goal for the franchise as a whole is winning basketball games and working towards a championship.
Teammate LeBron James described Love as a “very, very, very good basketball player”, and he believes that in order for Cleveland to get where they want to be, the former Minnesota Timberwolves star will need to play at a higher level and will have a significant role to play.
The 26-year-old insisted that he wants to get everything right before the playoffs start in order to help his team in the best way he can as he also looks ahead to free agency this summer with question marks looming over his future in Cleveland.
