Lakers’ Randle gives himself a 99 rating, way off actual number…
This year’s NBA rookies all took part in a prediction game this summer, guessing what NBA 2K15 rating they would receive ahead of their first season in the league.
While the likes of Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker dominated the headlines ahead of the Draft, this class is undoubtedly one of the deepest and most talented in years.
As a result, there is a significant amount of excitement and expectancy from the group, but before they can suit up and take to the NBA courts in an official game, Bleacher Report decided to conduct a quick test to see how highly they would rate themselves.
Los Angeles Lakers star Julius Randle jokingly suggested that he would be ’99’, which was unsurprisingly the worst prediction of the entire poll. However, Parker nailed his prediction with 78 and is in fact the most talented rookie according to 2K15.
The latest instalment of the 2K NBA series is due to be released next month, and will undoubtedly be a memorable moment for these young players to see themselves on a video game after years of dreaming of making it in the NBA.
Meanwhile, Nik Stauskas was also asked the question but failed to give a prediction, instead going on a lengthy speech about his skill-set.
