3. Detroit Pistons
Similarly to Chicago, the Pistons’ front-court have proven that they can really get under the skin of Indiana and Miami having picked up regular seasons wins against both.
Greg Monroe, Andre Drummond and Josh Smith are a real presence at both ends of the court, but whether or not they have enough depth, quality and consistency will arguably remain their downfall.
They appear ready to take advantage of a weak Eastern Conference, but it is unclear at this stage as to what they can achieve.
