LeBron can drag Cavs forward alone
With Kevin Love sidelined with a shoulder injury and Kyrie Irving struggling with knee tendinitis and a foot strain, Cleveland’s ‘Big Three’ suddenly become LeBron James and his support cast.
Many believed that it was finally time for the Chicago Bulls to overcome the two-time NBA champion, but his game-winner in Game 4 and his 38-point performance a few nights later turned the tide and swung the momentum back in the favour of the Cavs.
Love is out for the rest of the playoffs so no help will be coming from him. Irving said he would have played in Game 6 against Chicago if the team really needed him, and although they didn’t on that occasion, he will be needed moving forward.
The Hawks are undoubtedly the underdogs despite their No.1 seed, as LeBron has proven time and time again that when his team needs him to step up, he delivers.
