Dixon became belligerent when officers were trying to arrest him, and he even ordered them to give him a ticket quickly.
When the policemen didn’t take kindly to his mannerisms, they asked him to sit on a curb before he refused and continued to be uncooperative.
He allegedly accused the officers of being racially biased, saying that they are targeting him because he is black and has dreads.
During this accusation, Dixon pulled away from officers who were trying to arrest him at the time, and he was charged for resisting arrest in addition to being pulled over for riding his moped erratically.
The Saints had added Dixon to their roster in 2014 after signing him as undrafted free agent, but this incident may force him off the team since he did make any significant contributions to the team.
