James Ward-Prowse
While Luke Shaw has gained most of the praise over the past two seasons, it should not be forgotten that Southampton possess a couple of other exceptionally talented teenagers in Calum Chambers and James Ward-Prowse.
19 year-old Ward-Prowse has been strongly linked with Spurs, and his ability to play either at the base of midfield, a box-to-box role or wide on the right make him a useful option for his manager, and Mauricio Pochettino may well be keen to further his development as the man with the greatest idea of his potential.
Ward-Prowse has a great set piece delivery, and rarely gives the ball away in open play. Deceptively strong in possession, the teenager makes things happen, setting up 1.1 shooting opportunities per game despite the majority of his appearances coming from the bench.
He could be a sound long term investment for Tottenham Hotspur.
