Madden NFL 16 Odell Beckham Jr: Will the New York Giants receiver become latest victim of dreaded “Madden Curse”?
The Giants Pro Bowl receiver is nursing a hamstring injury once again, but it has not been indicated yet that it is anything serious.
Beckham sat out of the Giants’ OTAs on Monday to rest his sore hamstring.
Luckily, it is not the same hamstring that Beckham had to nurse during his rookie season.
Beckham was not able to see the field until Week 5 in the 2014 season, but everybody knows what happened after that.
For anyone who has forgotten, Beckham made one of the most spectacular touchdown catches in NFL history to put the icing on the cake of his incredible rookie season.
Beckham rivaled the likes of Randy Moss as he caught 91 passes for 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns despite playing just 12 games.
He reached 100 receiving yards in seven of his games, including his last four.
