The Houston Texans recently expressed their interest in the quarterback, who led the Browns to a 7-6 record before struggling in his last few starts and being benched for rookie Johnny Manziel.
Hoyer was able to manage with a Browns receiving corps that was missing troubled star Josh Gordon for most of the season, so having Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker at his disposal can only be intriguing.
