WR Jeremy Kerley has been given a contract extension with the team that drafted him in 2011.

According to ESPN’s Adam Caplan, the deal is worth $16 million with $5.4 million guaranteed.

This contract effectively ties Kerley with the Jets for quite some time.
Kerley has led the Jets in receiving yards in each of the last two seasons – not very much considering that his totals were only 827 yards and 523 yards in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
