The New York Jets defeated the Indianapolis Colts, 13-10. Andrew Luck looked solid, but his momentum was stalled with an injury to center Khaled Holmes.
The Colts were unable to catch a break as they lost center Khaled Holmes, and his replacement, Jonotthan Harris, performed terribly with two botched snaps. This destroyed momentum the Colts had on their first offensive drive, and they ultimately lost to the Jets, 13-10.
Andrew Luck only played on the first possession, but he played excellently as he threw 4-for-5 for 53 yards. T.Y. Hilton starred for the wide receivers with three catches for 38 yards.
Matt Hasselbeck stepped in for Luck and also performed well, throwing 10-for-15 for 114 yards and a touchdown, but it was not enough to will the Colts to victory.
The Jets did not get very much offense going either as their quarterback play was underwhelming. Their sole touchdown came from running back Chris Johnson, who rushed for two yards on four carries.
Kickers Nick Folk and Andrew Furney each made 51-yard field goals, and Furney’s was a difference maker since it was made with just over a minute to go.
