The New York Jets sent shockwaves through the NFL when they traded a conditional draft pick to the Seattle Seahawks for wide receiver Percy Harvin.
Harvin has been mostly quiet since joining the Jets, but he has had two memorable games that each consisted of reaching over 100 receiving yards.
Most recently, Harvin caught six passes for 124 yards and a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings, who drafted him in the first round of the 2009 draft.
Despite going from the defending Super Bowl champion to one of the worst teams in the NFL, the explosive receiver has stated his desire to remain a Jet. “I feel at home here. I’m comfortable with all the players. I like the vibe around here,” Harvin said to the New York Post.
However, Harvin is due $10.5 million in 2015 due to a large contract that he signed with the Seahawks after being traded to them in the 2013 offseason.
