The Panthers also started strongly, seeing off the Bulldogs and Titans, but posted their first loss of 2015 last weekend in a tough encounter with the Roosters.
The Mountain Men will be keen to make amends on Saturday.
But they will be doing it tough without their inspirational hooker James Segeyaro. He is out with a facial injury suffered against Easts.
Former Souths hooker Apisai Koroisau takes his spot. The Panthers are also without half Jamie Soward, making it even more difficult.
The Knights are virtually at full strenth. Korbin Sims is suspended, with David Fa’alongo coming in, with Sione Mata’utia on to the bench as 18th man.
Paterika Vaivai has also been named in the 18-man second for his second NRL game.
