Man United have little chance of signing Barcelona star Neymar, according to Sky Sports’ Spanish football expert Guillem Balague.
It has been reported by The Sun that United have been in talks with the Barcelona star, and that negotiations were ongoing.

However, Balague has dismissed the possibility of the Brazilian moving to Old Trafford, claiming that a contract renewal is more likely.
“Neymar: Contract renewal prepared. FCB wants to announce it soon. Doesn’t stop other teams from being interested but it is naive to think that he wants to go,” he tweeted.
With Barca selling Pedro to Chelsea this week, it would make little sense for the La Liga champions to sell another winger.
Despite signing Arda Turan, the sale of Neymar would leave Luis Enrique short of options, particularly with the Turkish star unable to feature until January.
Meanwhile, United boss Louis Van Gaal has made no secret of his desire to sign another attacker, but it remains to be seen if he is able to bring someone in before the deadline passes.
The Dutchman has already brought in Matteo Darmian, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin and Memphis Depay this summer, but many feel his work is not yet done.
