However, a stunning comeback against the Dallas Cowboys in a game in which they trailed by 23 points, Matt Flynn threw four touchdown passes to keep them in the hunt.
Green Bay move to 7-6-1 for the season, and with two games remaining they will be optimistic they can still snatch a playoff place with Rodgers ready to return.
