The Atlanta Falcons snapped their five-game losing streak with a 27-17 road win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who fell to 1-8. While their win wasn’t as dominant as their 56-14 blowout on Thursday Night Football, this was a much-needed win for them.

Quarterback Matt Ryan was effective for the Falcons as he threw for 216 yards and a touchdown on 20-of-31 passing, and running back Steven Jackson moved the chains well as he ran for 81 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries.
Wide receiver Julio Jones caught eight passes for 119 yards while Roddy White added six receptions for 73 yards and a touchdown.
For the Buccaneers, quarterback Josh McCown returned as the starting quarterback and threw for 301 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions on 27-of-43 passing.
