The Arizona Cardinals improved to a league-best 9-1 as they held on for a 14-6 win against the Detroit Lions, and quarterback Drew Stanton performed admirably against a strong Lions pass defense. The Lions fell to 7-3, and they are now tied for first in the NFC North.

Wide receiver Michael Floyd caught both touchdown passes and totaled 54 receiving yards. Larry Fitzgerald was held to two catches for 33 yards and sprained his MCL.
For the Lions, quarterback Matthew Stafford struggled as he threw for 183 yards and an interception on 18-of-30 passing.
