The Miami Dolphins improved to 6-4 with a Thursday Night Football win over the Buffalo Bills as they defeated them, 22-9.
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill had a fantastic performance as he threw for 240 yards and two touchdown passes on 26-of-34 passing. He was able to overcome a fierce Bills pass rush that took advantage of the absence of left tackle Branden Albert by recording five sacks.
Running back Lamar Miller also performed well with 86 rushing yards on 15 carries.
For the Bills, quarterback Kyle Orton was held to 193 yards on 22-of-39 passing. Running backs Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown were also underwhelming, and the entire Bills running game was held to 54 rushing yards.
However, Brown was able to catch seven passes for 57 yards. Wide receiver Chris Hogan led the Bills in receiving with seven receptions for 74 yards.
Kicker Dan Carpenter went 3-for-4 on his field goal attempts, and his longest field goal came from 46 yards out.
