This game was a defensive battle for the ages, staying true to NFC West form. Seahawks kicker Steven Hauschka made four field goals while Cardinals kicker Chandler Catanzaro made one.
The Seahawks put the game away with a touchdown pass from quarterback Russell Wilson to tight end Cooper Helfet.
Wilson finished with 211 passing yards and a touchdown while adding 73 rushing yards on 10 carries. Running back Marshawn Lynch rushed for 39 yards on 15 carries while catching three passes for 43 yards.
