The Arizona Cardinals are hoping to improve their record to 11-3 and get closer to clinching a playoff spot as they face a red-hot St. Louis Rams team.

The St. Louis Rams have hit their stride as they have won their last two games and allowed zero points in each of those wins. Their defense has also come up with six sacks apiece in those games.
Their most recent win came against the Washington Redskins, and quarterback Shaun Hill performed solidly with two touchdown passes.
Defensive end Robert Quinn has come up with 4.5 sacks in his last two games, and he may be a sneaky Defensive Player of the Year candidate if he finishes the season strong.
However, the Rams offense will face a stiff test from the Arizona Cardinals, who have remained one of the best defenses in the NFL despite a plethora of injuries.
The Cardinals have looked vulnerable since being expected to take the No. 1 seed in the NFC though as they have lost two of their last three games.
They recovered with a 17-14 win against the Kansas City Chiefs though as running back Kerwynn Williams emerged as the feature back with 100 rushing yards on 19 carries.
The Rams are on fire right now, but they have not been tested by a team like the Cardinals since getting hot, and the Cardinals are looking to hold off the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West race.
Prediction: Cardinals 21, Rams 17
