Thanks to Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger and RB Le’Veon Bell, the Steelers are only one win away from their first playoff berth since 2011.

The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Kansas City Chiefs in a game that could decide the playoff fates of nearly half-a-dozen NFL teams.
The Steelers, at 9-5, have only one mantra this week: Win and you’re in. With a win today the Steelers would clinch their first playoff berth since 2011. Unlike Steelers teams of years past that have been predicated on the defense, the Steelers are winning with an incredible offensive attack that features the league’s 2nd best RB in Le’Veon Bell and arguably the most productive WR in the league in Antonio Brown. For the first time since the league expanded to 32 teams in 2002, the Steelers have a top six offense in both yards and points scored – and it’s the first time since 1979 that the Steelers have led the league in total yardage.
The Chiefs find their playoff hopes hanging by a thread at 8-6. For the second year in a row under head coach Andy Reid the team is in the top five in fewest points allowed, and RB Jamaal Charles has certainly earned his lucrative contract extension as he is about to go over 1,000 yards again this season. Nonetheless, the loss to the Oakland Raiders last month has certainly injured their playoff hopes and a loss today would eliminate them from contention.
Prediction: Pittsburgh Steelers – With the Steeler Nation home field advantage and a high-octane offense that has been quietly shredding some of the league’s stingiest defenses, the Steelers have everything they need to take down the Chiefs. The Steelers may not be winning the way they used to, but they’re still winning regardless, and with that running game the Steelers will be one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL come January.
