The Philadelphia Eagles ended their season on a high note by finishing with a 10-6 record after defeating the New York Giants, 34-26.
Despite their good record, they will not make the playoffs since there are 11-5 wild card teams in the NFC. Quarterback Mark Sanchez did everything he could to showcase himself as a future starter though.
He passed for 292 yards and two touchdowns with one interception while running back LeSean McCoy ran for 99 yards on 17 carries.
Wide receiver Jordan Matthews caught a team-leading eight passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.
Giants quarterback Eli Manning passed for 429 yards and a touchdown with an interception. Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. continued to light it up and finished his rookie season as strongly as he could.
The rookie sensation caught 12 passes for 185 yards and a touchdown, and Rueben Randle caught six passes for 158 yards.
Running back Andre Williams ran for 43 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries.
