The Arizona Cardinals improved to 4-1 with a 30-20 victory over the Washington Redskins, and Kirk Cousins continued to struggle with turnovers.

The Arizona Cardinals bounced back from a blowout loss to the Denver Broncos and beat the Washington Redskins, 30-20, to improve to 4-1. They received a scare when Redskins quarterback put his team back in the game though.
Quarterback Kirk Cousins threw a touchdown pass to wide receiver Pierre Garcon to trim the Cardinals’ lead to 23-20. The Redskins were able to regain possession after forcing a three-and-out, but Cousins threw an interception, which was returned for a touchdown.
Cousins had another rough performance as he threw for 354 yards and two touchdowns with three interceptions on 24-of-38 passing.
Wide receiver DeSean Jackson exploded with a big play again as he caught a 64-yard touchdown pass. He finished with three catches for 115 yards to go with his touchdown.
Tight end Jordan Reed returned to action for the first time since his hamstring injury, and he caught eight passes for 92 yards.
For the Cardinals, quarterback Carson Palmer also came back from an injury and shined with 250 yards and two touchdowns on 28-of-44 passing.
Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald regained his old form with his best game of the season as he caught six passes for 98 yards and a touchdown. Running back Andre Ellington led the Cardinals in rushing with 67 yards on 19 carries.
