The Minnesota Vikings prevailed in overtime, 19-13, over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Linebacker Anthony Barr came up with a fumble recovery and returned it 27 yards for the game-winning touchdown.
Buccaneers quarterback Mike Glennon threw the go-ahead touchdown pass with two minutes remaining, but Vikings kicker Blair Walsh kicked a 38-yard field goal to tie the game to send it into overtime.
Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater completed 24-of-42 of his passes for 241 yards and one touchdown pass.
Running back Jerick McKinnon established himself as the feature back again with 83 rushing yards on 16 carries. Wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson caught six passes for 86 yards.
For the Buccaneers, Glennon threw for 171 yards on 19-of-28 passing with one touchdown and an interception. Running back Doug Martin was held to 27 yards on 10 carries, and wide receiver Mike Evans caught four passes for 78 yards.
Tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins also committed a costly turnover for the Buccaneers as he lost a fumble, but he redeemed himself later on with a touchdown catch.
