Long-term Manchester United transfer target Nicolas Otamendi has completed his move from Valencia to Manchester City.
The 27-year-old has signed a five-year contract with City, moving to the Etihad Stadium for a transfer fee of £31.7m, according to ESPN.
Otamendi will wear no.30 during his first season with City.

The last seven players to wear City’s no.30 have been Costel Pantilimon, Shaleum Logan, Nery Castillo, Bernardo Corradi, Christian Negouai, Patrick McCarthy and Steven Hodgson.
Otamendi only joined Valencia last summer.
He enjoyed an excellent first season in La Liga, helping Valencia keep 13 clean sheets.
The Argentina international was effective at the other end too, scoring six goals in 35 league games for Valencia.
United were said to be very keen on bringing Otamendi to Old Trafford, but they have been beaten to the punch by their local rivals.
To make things worse, United are set to lose out to Chelsea in the race to sign Barcelona winger Pedro, despite looking like certainties to land the 28-year-old for weeks.
