North Queensland are in the midst of a good run of results and will be confident on their home turf.
The Cowboys will be tested by a number of unfortunate injuries. Tautau Moga is out with a knee complaint, with Matt Wright returning on the wing and Justin O’Neill moving to centre.
Jason Taumalolo’s knee injury sees John Asiata shift to lock and Kelepi Tanginoa move on to the bench, while Rory Kostjasyn returns on the interchange in place of Scott Bolton.
The Bulldogs are still without key forward James Graham, and are also without Josh Reynolds who is on a one-week suspension for tripping.
Josh Morris will return from a syndesmosis injury in the centres, with Moses Mbye shifting to five-eighth.
David Klemmer is also back, in place of Antonio Kaufusi, as Sam Kasiano moves to the bench.
