After being charged with driving under the influence, Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley has been found not guilty.

He had been driving over 100 mph in Alabama, but his girlfriend had insisted that he only had one drink and that it was hours before getting behind the wheel.
Fairley has been cleared of DUI charges after being found innocent, but he will still have to pay a $500 fine after being found guilty for reckless driving.
