fanatix says: The player turnstile is still spinning at the foot of the mountains in Sydney, with the Panthers getting a new logo and also a new look to go with it.
An incredible list of additions and losses means the Panthers will hardly look like the same side that finished 10th last season.
The biggest names coming in for the men in black are Peter Wallace (Broncos), Jamie Soward (London Broncos), Elijah Taylor (Warriors), Brent Kite (Sea Eagles), Kevin Naiqama (Knights), Tyrone Peachey (Sharks), Jamal Idris (Titans) and Shaun Spence (Wests Tigers).
Wallace and Soward will form the new halves pairing, and it will be interesting to see how they gel, especially if the Penrith pack is unable to go forward, an area Soward struggled with during his stint with the Dragons.
Taylor will bring utility to the backrow and centres and Kite an older, and in fanatix’s opinion, past his best, option to the pack, while Spence and Peachey are promising young talents.
Check out what Panthers’ fans will hope to be seeing from Jamal Idris in a black jersey in 2014.
