The 22-year-old has bagged 11 goals for Lazio so far this season, and Oscar sees him as a perfect addition to the Stamford Bridge silverware machine.
“He could really be useful here,” Oscar said.
“We’ve played together at U20 level for Brazil and he was amazing. He can become even better and great players are always welcome at Chelsea.”
Oscar, though, has fallen down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho this term, despite making a strong start to the campaign.
He has failed to complete a full 90 minutes in the Premier League since January, as Mourinho has decided to move Cesc Fabregas further forward into the number 10 position.
As such, Oscar could find himself heading for the exit during the transfer window.
Serie A leaders Juventus are reported to be interested in the player that Roberto Di Matteo paid £25m for during his time in charge at the club.
