Hayne and coach Brad Arthur look set to undertake a study tour of the reigning NFL champions over the Australian summer.
Parramatta star Jarryd Hayne will visit Super Bowl champions Seattle Seahawks in the off-season in an attempt to help the Eels become Australia’s number one sports brand, report The Daily Telegraph.
The Eels have enjoyed a stunning on-field resurgence in 2014, a major improvement for a club well-known for its wooden-spoon finishes and issues at board level.
Parramatta has earned a record membership of 20,086 this season, and while much of it can be put down to its on-field performances, club CEO Scott Seward told the newspaper that he credits a front-office overhaul which involved the likes of consulting AFL club Collingwood, Cricket Australia and the Seahawks.
Seward confirmed to The Daily Telegraph that it was “very likely” that Hayne, coach Brad Arthur and other senior players would undertake a study tour of the reigning NFL champions over the Australian summer.
