Struggling for wins, near the bottom of the table, the Eels are also facing major salary cap issues.
There’s also a chance they may lose star recruit Kieran Foran next year because of a dispute over his contract.
Parramatta will be hoping they can get back to winning ways on the pitch after just edging Melbourne two weeks ago.
The Eels have been forced into several changes with Reece Robinson out, Corey Norman going to fullback and Luke Kelly to five-eighth.
Will Hopoate is back so Ryan Morgan shifts to the wing and John Folau drops out.
Cody Nelson is on debut in place of Nathan Peas while Anthony Watmough and Kaysa Prtichard both injured.
The Dragons were below their best against the Roosters on Monday night but almost stole a win.
They are unchanged from Monday’s 17.
