The French international is currently in preparations for the Champions League final with Juventus, but Daily Star reports the 22-year-old “has his heart set” on a move to Saturday’s opponents.
Barcelona cannot make any signing in 2015 after being found to have breached FIFA’s rules in regards to the transfer of players under the age of 18, however it is understood Pogba is willing to wait another year to join the Blaugrana.
Pogba has become one of the world’s most sought-after midfielders after joining Juventus from Manchester United three years ago and Barcelona will reportedly need to stump up a fee in the region of £70m to snare his signature.
According to Daily Star’s report, cashed-up Premier League side Manchester City are desperate to sign Pogba but it now seems he will turn his back on a return to England.
