Chelsea will continue it pursuit of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba for the remainder of the transfer window, according to reports.
The French international has been heavily linked with a move away from the Serie A this summer, with Chelsea keen to lure the youngster to Stamford Bridge.
The Independent reports Chelsea will push hard to sign Pogba until next Tuesday when the summer transfer window closes.
The Daily Mail on Tuesday claimed Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich had sanctioned a £73m bid for Pogba, with the Russian billionaire worried by the possibility of the midfielder joining Barcelona.
It is understood Juventus are keen to hold onto Pogba for another season, with the former Manchester United prodigy believed to be keen on a move to Barcelona next summer.
A £73m bid would surely turn the heads of Juventus officials, however, Pogba is contracted to the Serie A club until 2019 and can turn down a move to the Blues even if the two clubs agree a fee.
