Luke Shaw, Southampton
Shaw appears to have a very mature head on an extremely young paid of shoulders with the left-back continuing to impress despite constant speculation surrounding his future at St Mary’s.
Under the guidance of manager Mauricio Pochettino the teenager has become a stalwart in the Saints side and has played 31 league matches this term.
Shaw also earned his first cap for the senior England team earlier in 2014 and is likely to get a place in Hodgson’s World Cup squad ahead of the established Ashley Cole.
Likeliness to win: 5/10.
