Philadelphia Eagles RT Lane Johnson’s 4-game PED suspension came to an end after Sunday’s loss to the San Francisco 49ers. On Monday the Eagles announced that he has been added to the 53-man roster. The Eagles had lost his replacement Allen Barbre to a season-ending injury several weeks ago.
On Tuesday Johnson was a full-participant in practice for the Eagles.
The Eagles drafted Johnson No. 4 overall in the 2013 NFL draft. He started all 16 games at RT for the Eagles as a rookie, helping block for NFL QB efficiency leader Nick Foles and rushing title winner LeSean McCoy en route to the team’s first division title since 2010.
The Eagles released offensive lineman Kevin Graf to open up a roster spot for Johnson.
