Podolski unhappy with his former manager’s failure to say goodbye properly.
Inter Milan forward Lukas Podolski has hit out at former manager Arsene Wenger following the completion of his loan move to the Serie A giants, report the Sun, with the German international feeling that Wenger did not show him any respect and failed to say goodbye.

Podolski suggested that Wenger failed to contact him when the deal taking the German to the San Siro went through, with the German suggesting that Wenger hadn’t shown him the requisite respect:
“He said nothing to me. He did not call me or say goodbye.”
“I don’t need flowers or a kiss from him.”
“But it is about respect, about saying goodbye. For me respect is important.”
