The Air Force Falcons finished with a 10-3 record after defeating the Western Michigan Broncos, 38-24, in the Potato Bowl.

Air Force Western Michigan preview
The Mountain West Conference received its first bowl win of the 2014-15 college football bowl season as Air Force defeated Western Michigan, 38-24.
As usual, the Falcons rode their rushing attack to victory as they totaled 284 yards and four touchdowns on the ground. Shayne Davern led the way with 101 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries.
D.J. Johnson added another 83 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries.
Quarterback Kale Pearson returned from an ankle injury and passed the ball efficiently in his limited attempts, and he finished with 77 yards on 5-of-9 passing while running for another 41 yards.
Defensive back Dexter Walker also contributed with a fumble recovery that was returned for a 60-yard touchdown.
Meanwhile, Western Michigan quarterback Zach Terrell threw for 297 yards and three touchdowns on 19-of-38 passing. He also led the Broncos in rushing with 61 yards on 11 carries.
Wide receiver Corey Davis exploded with 176 yards and three touchdowns on eight catches, but running back Jarvion Franklin was held to 26 rushing yards on 12 carries.
