Again Southampton are having to contend with a summer of selling their best players, but Ronald Koeman is a ultra shrewd operator and could led them to Europe again with a bit of luck.
5. Tottenham Hotspur
Harry Kane scored over 35% of Tottenham’s goals last season, and Spurs are yet to buy him any support. They have strengthen in defence, but may find that they are agonisingly short of the top four yet again.
