4. Manchester United
The Red Devils are in the midst of another big squad turnover under Louis van Gaal, but their inability to so far secure a major goal threat will cost them the title. There is still time left in the window, though.
3. Chelsea
Defending the title is harder than winning it, and if Radamel Falcao is the only big addition that Chelsea make this summer, Jose Mourinho will have to watch as another team hoists the trophy this year.
2. Manchester City
The Citizens may have to settle for second place again despite pushing the champions all the way thanks to the impact of Raheem Sterling, the goals of Sergio Aguero and the return to top form of Yaya Toure.
1. Arsenal
The transfer of Petr Cech may prove to be Arsenal’s biggest coup in recent memory, and a huge mistake on Chelsea’s part. After 11 years of settling for the top four, the Gunners are ready to win the title.
