Arsenal began the season full of hope that this was their time. They were finally going to end their Premier League title drought.
Three games later and the Gunners are already five points off the top, having failed to beat West Ham United and Liverpool at home.
Meanwhile, Manchester United, Man City and Liverpool are all unbeaten.

Newcastle United 2-1 Arsenal
Arsenal are still yet to hit their stride in attack this season, scoring just three goals in four competitive games.
The Gunners look far from assured in defence either, especially without Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny, who are set to miss out through illness and injury respectively.
Aston Villa 3-2 Sunderland
Villa and Sunderland found their shooting boots in midweek, recording 6-3 and 5-3 wins over Notts County and Exeter City respectively in the Capital One Cup.
As those results suggest, both also have issues in defence. Jermain Defoe will cause Villa problems, but I see Tim Sherwood’s men being outscored.
