Everton were taken all the way to penalties in their FA Cup replay defeat to West Ham on Tuesday, so the Toffees will be glad that they don’t have to play again until Monday. There were many positives to take from their performance against the Hammers and, although their recent recents have been awful, one senses that Roberto Martinez’s team are very close to clicking.
