Full of energy, he has been an exciting addition to both Arsenal and the Premier League.

Atletico Madrid to Chelsea: £32m
There were initial doubts that Costa would be able to continue his red hot form coming from Spain, but he dispelled all doubters by knocking in 19 goals to lead Chelsea to a league and cup double. Injury problems have stunted his numbers in front of goal, but he has still done enough to win a spot in the transfer XI of the year.
