Paris Saint-Germain will continue its chase for Everton full-back Seamus Coleman during the January transfer window, according to reports.
According to Daily Express, the Ligue 1 giants made an offer of around £20m for the Republic of Ireland international and were happy to allow Gregory van der Wiel to head in the opposite direction to Goodison Park.
The Toffees stood firm, however, and rejected the bid for the French side despite Van der Wiel reportedly being keen on a move to the Premier League.
Coleman has attracted interest from both Manchester United and Chelsea, but the report suggests PSG will return with another bid in January.
The 26-year-old is the second Everton defender to come under heavy interest from a top European side, with Chelsea failing in its bid to land centre-back John Stones.
However, The Sun claims Jose Mourinho will use Bertrand Traore as bait in a deal to bring the 21-year-old to Stamford Bridge next summer.
